http://books.google.com/books?id=IJOfUU ... on&f=false everyone needs to check out Devin Orgeron's stuff on Anderson he raises some really interesting points, this is a shortened chapter from an article he wrote in the Cinema Journal in 2007 called La Camera-Crayola: Authorship Comes of Age in the Cinema of Wes Anderson. i think everyone should read it! Anderson is so fascinating he's so flipping distinct but its so hard to pin down in words exactly what he's about. thats what I find so wonderful about his films. What I believe to be the true definition of a good film - something that surpasses writing about. I guess you could say the same for really amazing books, those that cannot be made into good films because they just dont suit it. Anderson's films suit being SEEN. they are for watching and absorbing. but nonetheless there is some very interesting stuff written about them. read away please! <3
