We kindly ask that you do not post (or offer to distribute) 'leaked' scripts of forthcoming Wes Anderson films, like The Darjeeling Limited or The Fantastic Mr. Fox. Such posts have been deleted, and future posts of this nature will be deleted. We respectfully ask for you cooperation on this matter.

I don't get people who feel the need to read leaked anything. It takes the joy out of seeing a film. Films should be like little surprises.
Ah, but that's just me.

I actually read it, and I can completely understand anyone who thinks I am a total fool for doing so. But I couldn't resist, and I knew I lived in a place where it would take a long time to see the film.

I also read it because by February, I saw other people who had read it trashing it at the IMDB. Some of the sweetest, most loyal Wes fans claimed it could not be the real script, and so I was curious and I read it. I felt it in my bones the moment I read it that it was the real script. And I posted lots of messages challenging those people and arguing for how good I believed the script was. The IMDB has some truly nasty people on it, and I felt a need to defend it. Makes me pretty strange, I know, but I loved it right away.

And now I am keeping up with all of you who have been able to see it before me, because I read it. So I can't regret it. But I understand what you're saying.

yeah i wanted to try reading first so i did! i still havent seen it (hope to get to it midnight tomorrow). i mean, the actors read the script before they make the movie.. there's something to reading it, i guess, w/o any other references.
fun, but apparently not for everyone.
