I am totally lame and feel bad for Luke's board, so I thought I would post about how much I like him. He is terribly funny, and his roles in all three Anerson films have been fantastic. By far my favorite has been Richie. Wilson is just hilarious in it, the way he acts in his sad, docile sort of way provides for some very humorous moments. Hooray for Luke! <p>*Hot lesbian witches! It's fucking genius!* </p>

I agree. Have you noticed that funny look on Richie's face at the drug intervention when Eli says "Is it just you guys?" It's hilarious.

I think Luke's career is shaping up as more interesting than Owen's - being offered the small films over the blockbusters might be bad for the $$ but in the end he'll have the cooler resumer. Go Lukie.

I agree that Luke's career may shape up to be more interesting than Owen's. Luke has much more freedom to do any kind of role. He can play the boyfriend in the romcoms and the roadie in indies and the depressed incestuous bro in smaller flicks. If Owen chooses anything less than blockbusters, EW writes that he needs a career tutorial. O's success has limited his roles I think. Luke is still low key, coming in under the radar. That may change, but for now I think he has a seriously bright future ahead of him, while Owen seems to be straying. If he does Catwoman we may lose him forever. Sigh.......

Catwoman? please, say it isn't so. I agree about LUke. He has some seriously fine moments in every film. With a little nurturing and the right films he will be great! <p>"Please don't confront me with my failures; I have not forgotten them"</p>

Coleyfan, welcome and great post. Catwoman... don't mention it.

regarding Luke's carrier, it's definitely shaping better with upcoming Bob Dylan flick and the one loosely based on Dostoevsky's Gambler.
