LOL

DudleyFan, you kill me. "My LIFE!!!"

I remember hearing that and thinking that it sounded to me an awful lot like that one guy from the 80s trendy vice-squad duo, Miami Vice.

Heartbeat
I'm lookin' fer a heartbeat

I used to substitute 'barf bag' for 'heartbeat.'

Rhino should put out an album of just TV stars who released songs. (I know they did something similar. . .Golden Throats?) It would, of course, have to include the patron saint of TV star singer-wannabes. . .

Ladies and Gentlemen, Mr. WILLIAM SHAT-NA!!!!!!

The single most hilarious clip from any MTV award show, for meee, is that deal with Shatner snapping his fingies and chanting, "I'm gonna sex you, I'm gonna sex you UP!"

Oh my god, and the Seven hoax, with TJ Hooker, Captain Kirk and ... evil guy (?fergit?) in the car, and Kirk's head in the box, singing.

I'd buy that record. For the halibut. ;)

I misspelled a joke. Lame-o. :[ Someone out there should get my joke...DudleyFan!

couldn't find this thread earlier today, and posted in O's forum.

So, the word on the street is that it will be set in 70s and budget is already north of 60 mln.

some scary stats:
I Spy - remake
SK - sequel
Big Bounce - remake
Starsky & Hutch - remake set in 70s
Catwoman ???

where Wes fit into picture?

60 melons?

Let's look at this project objectively: Judging by Zoolander's standards, Ben and Owen make a good screen duo ("Why've you been acting so messed up towards me?") and hopefully this flick won't wait an hour to introduce OW. The question I have is this- why $60M? With genius improv'ers like Stiller and Wilson, you could set the flick on a one-mile strech of highway and spend half that much.

Aside from all that, I'll see it in the theater. The idea of a Starsky and Hutch movie makes my skin crawl but I can't pass up the chance to laugh as hard as I have before at those two. I can't write today. <p><!--EZCODE HR START--><hr /><!--EZCODE HR END--><!--EZCODE FONT START--><span style="font-size:xx-small;">"You see my kind of loyalty was loyalty to one's country, not to its institutions, or its office holders. The country is the real thing, the substantial thing, the eternal thing; it is the thing to watch over, and care for, and be loyal to; institutions are extraneous, they are its mere clothing, and clothing can wear out, become ragged, cease to be comfortable, cease to protect the body from winter, disease, and death. To be loyal to rags, to shout for rags, to worship rags, to die for rags--this is loyalty to unreason, it is pure animal; it belongs to monarchy, was invented by monarchy; let monarchy keep it."

as far as i understand that's the price to make a period piece. With Bob Weinstein behind my back i wouldn't worry about money.

A "period piece?"

:lol

(Should I find it funny or sad that I'm old enough to remember the time a "period piece" is set?) <p>"Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies-: 'God damn it, you've got to be kind.'" --Kurt Vonnegut, Jr.</p>

I don't how well it did at the box office, but the reviews in general were negative, 84% of time to be more precise. That's according to <!--EZCODE LINK START--><a href="http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/ISpy-1118112/">www.RottenTomatoes.com</a><!--EZCODE LINK END-->'s list of 123 reviews they've collected. <p><!--EZCODE CENTER START--><div style="text-align:center"><!--EZCODE IMAGE START--><img src="http://www.entertainmentempire.netfirms.com/waltitiscoming.jpg"/><!--EZCODE IMAGE END--></div><!--EZCODE CENTER END--></p>
